The question “Are you ready?” is not just a cliché. It is one of the most urgent and eternal questions that every believer must ask themselves in these last days. The signs of the times are clear: nations are in turmoil, morality is decaying, and the world is groaning for redemption. Yet in the midst of the chaos, God is raising a people of fire who will shine as lights and herald the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Rapture – A Sure Event
The Bible makes it plain: “For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord” (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).
The rapture is not a myth, neither is it an allegory—it is a certain reality. The question is not if it will happen, but when. And when it does, readiness will not be negotiable.
Revival – God’s Final Move
Before the trumpet sounds, God is pouring out His Spirit in unprecedented ways. Joel 2:28 reminds us: “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh…” This end-time revival is not for a selected few; it is a call to every believer to arise, awaken, and be set ablaze with the fire of the Holy Spirit.
Revival is not just about crowded meetings or loud worship. It is about hearts set on fire for God, lives surrendered in holiness, and hands stretched out in love and evangelism. It is about young and old, men and women, lifting the banner of Christ unashamedly in a darkened world.
Are You Truly Ready?
Readiness goes beyond church attendance or a religious identity. To be ready is:
- To live in holiness, walking daily in the fear of God.
- To live with watchfulness, knowing the Master can return at any moment.
- To live in service, using your gifts to advance His kingdom.
- To live with a burning passion for souls, because heaven rejoices over one sinner that repents.
Jesus Himself warned in Matthew 24:44: “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.”
A Call to Action
This is the moment to trim your lamp, refill your oil, and set your altar ablaze. Don’t be found slumbering. Don’t be distracted by the noise of the world. Don’t be entangled in sin.
The Spirit is calling the church to revival fire. God is asking His children: “Are you ready?”
Today, you can answer by recommitting your life to Christ, fanning the flames of your devotion, and being a vessel through which God’s end-time revival flows.
The time is now. The call is urgent. The trumpet is at hand. Are you ready?
